1. Pricing & Rental Terms *

I understand my dumpster includes a 7-day rental, extra days cost $50/day, overweight charges are $85/ton, and swap-outs cost $150

2. Weight Limits *

I understand the included weight limits: 30-yard = 3 tons, 20-yard = 2 tons, 15-yard = 1.5 tons, 10-yard = 1 ton

3. Disposal Rules *

I understand that mattresses and e-waste cost $20 each, tires cost $5–$15 each, all special items must be placed at the dumpster gate, and no liquid waste is allowed

4. Fill Line & Overfill Policy *

I understand the dumpster must not be filled above the sticker line, and overfilled dumpsters may incur an $85/hour adjustment fee or a $150 return trip fee
